This binder synthesizes the entire strategic framework across Big Cyster, Safe Harbor, STEAM Photography Academy, and the Miss Megan Professional Systems universe. The core positioning: **Megan builds trauma-aware, shame-free safety systems — for bodies, kids, homes, clinics, schools, and brands — by turning the conversations people avoid into scripts, guides, rituals, and tools they can actually use.**<br><br>This is not about selling random PDFs. This is about establishing <em>emotional safety infrastructure</em> that spans B2B licensing, public-sector grants, and brand partnerships.<br><br>**The master pattern across all projects:** Identify a space loaded with shame, confusion, or medical/digital gaslighting. Translate that danger into copy-pasteable scripts and clear boundaries before a crisis hits. Protect vulnerable people without making them feel broken.<br><br>**What was extracted from the Portola batch (May 10, 2026):** Three complete deliverable packages — the Loop Pitch Package, the Tolan Application Package, and the Jimmy's 4x4 + Miss Megan Systems Pack — plus the Big Cyster Screenshot Compilations (First Pass, Second Pass, Third Pass Addendum) covering 412 screenshots from the IMG_0627–IMG_0818 and IMG_4879–IMG_5101 batches.

STRATEGIC ENGINE
How It Works: Core Method & Revenue Model
The underlying architecture of all projects operates on the same logic: Identify a space loaded with shame, confusion, or medical/digital gaslighting. Translate that danger into copy-pasteable scripts and clear boundaries before a crisis hits. Protect vulnerable people without making them feel broken.<br><br>**Revenue Model — Patients and families receive basic dignity for free or pay-what-you-can. The financial burden shifts to the institutions that profit:**<br><br>• Clinics license guides and pay for HS-safe staff training<br>• Brands hire for campaign review and ethical content consulting<br>• Optional low-cost memberships for deeper resources, Q&amp; As, and replays<br>• Grants bridge the gap so patients are never the financial ceiling<br>• Tech platforms, public-sector partners, and city grants fund creation, licensing, and distribution<br><br>**The ecosystem lanes:**<br>1. Big Cyster — HS/PCOS body-shame, inflammation, skin-care, hygiene, clothing, scripts, and advocacy<br>2. Safe Harbor — youth digital safety, kid/parent scripts, libraries, schools, device boundaries, and prevention<br>3. STEAM Photography Academy / Creative Futures — New Mexico youth-facing infrastructure and public-sector credibility<br>4. Boudieful — empowerment, body representation, photography, campaign/content strategy<br>5. Brand/platform partnerships — COMFRT, Loop, Tolan, Alexa/Amazon, Jimmy's 4x4<br>6. Personalized family safety products — Sugiee books, SAFE Hearts reading circle, Alexa Safe Home, Apple Mission Control
The central rallying cry: **'You are not dirty. Your inflammation is loud.'** This applies equally to a teenager's skin condition and a child's overwhelmed nervous system.<br><br>Master positioning sentence: **'Megan builds trauma-aware, shame-free safety systems — for bodies, kids, homes, clinics, schools, and brands — by turning the conversations people avoid into scripts, guides, rituals, and tools they can actually use.'**
META-POSITIONING: 'I study what makes attention systems powerful, then rebuild those mechanics into tools that protect people instead of exploiting them.' (Forbes/MrBeast deck insight — learn the weapon, redesign it into a shield.)

Jimmy's 4x4 Legacy Pitch
**Context (May 2026):** You photographed Jimmy's 4x4 (Randy + Cottin) for Mariah back in December 2025. They paid you. The gallery is almost done. The missing puzzle piece is delivering it before any larger pitch lands. You also built a Jimmy's 4x4 Social Roadmap on pearl-580.faces.site — part love letter, part business case — framing them as a legacy brand (KLIPSCH-level).<br><br>**Inspo's key insight:** 'Your KLIPSCH comparison is not even dramatic, it's actually dead-on. They are already legacy brand, tiny HQ, global impact, allergic to self-promotion energy.'<br><br>**Strategy — Send order:**<br>1. Finish gallery link<br>2. Make sure gallery access works on mobile<br>3. Make sure roadmap link works on mobile<br>4. Send the combined email below, OR send short text if text feels more natural<br>5. Only discuss paid packages if they respond with interest<br><br>**Alternative (Suggestion 1 from Inspo):** Send gallery first, by itself. Wait 3–5 days. THEN send roadmap as a separate message: 'Glad you got the photos. Side thing — I had been working on something else for you when I was doing the edit. No pressure, just thought you'd want to see it. [LINK]'
IMMEDIATE ACTION (May 2026): Finish Jimmy's gallery → test link on mobile → test roadmap link on mobile → send combined email to Randy &amp; Cottin. Do NOT lead with pricing. Do NOT over-apologize for the delay.
SUBJECT: Jimmy's 4x4 photos (+ a little extra)
Hi Randy &amp; Cottin,

I finally sat down and finished pulling your full gallery from the Jimmy's 4x4 shoot I did for Mariah, and I'm really excited to hand it over. What you've built together really comes through in every frame.

Here's your full gallery:

[GALLERY LINK]

You're welcome to use these on your socials or website however you'd like. If you ever want help with cropping, captions, or how to credit anything, I'm happy to jump in.

While I was working on these back in December, my brain kind of ran away with itself in the best way. I kept seeing how much history, loyalty, and community you've built around Jimmy's, and I ended up sketching out a Jimmy's 4x4 Social Roadmap for you.

It's part love letter, part business case — framing you as the legacy brand you actually are. Very 'people will still be talking about this 30 years from now' energy.

I wrote it to both of you because I see you as partners in this — business and life — and I also know your family values privacy. I tried to honor that while still giving your community ways to brag on you, find you more easily, and get on a waitlist without you having to shout about yourselves.

Here's that roadmap:

[ROADMAP LINK]

No pressure at all to respond or do anything with it right away. I just didn't want it sitting on my hard drive when it really belongs with you.

If any of it sparks ideas, or if you ever want to explore bringing me in as a long-term photographer, historian, or behind-the-scenes social brain, I'd love to talk.

Warmly,
Megan
TEXT VERSION: Hey Randy &amp; Cottin! It's Megan — I finally finished pulling your full gallery from the Jimmy's shoot I did for Mariah and wanted to get it to you. Here's the full set: [GALLERY LINK]

Also, while I was working on these back in December, my brain kind of ran away in the best way and I ended up building you a little Jimmy's 4x4 Social Roadmap — part love letter, part business case about the legacy you've built. No pressure, but I wanted you to have it instead of it just living on my hard drive: [ROADMAP LINK]

If any of it sparks ideas, or if you ever want a long-term photographer / historian / behind-the-scenes social brain, I'd love to talk.
IF THEY RESPOND POSITIVELY — SEND THIS:

I'm so glad it landed. The part that feels most valuable to me is preserving the Jimmy's story without forcing you to become 'content people.' I can help turn what already exists — the shop, the builds, the community, the history, the waiting-list energy — into clean, usable posts, stories, photo archives, and a simple content bank.

The easiest first step would be a one-time Jimmy's Legacy Foundations project. That would let us organize the story, build a practical content bank, and give you reusable captions / post ideas without locking either of us into a big ongoing commitment right away.
DO NOT SAY: 'Sorry this took so long.' / 'I know this is probably weird.' / 'You probably don't need this.' / 'I made this when I was spiraling.' / 'I know I'm not qualified.'

USE: 'I wanted you to have it.' / 'What you've built really comes through.' / 'No pressure.' / 'If it sparks ideas, I'd love to talk.'
| Option | Package Name | What's Included | Pricing |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 (Recommended) | Jimmy's Legacy Foundations | Final gallery delivery + organized image selections + one legacy/history story interview or voice-note dump + one future documentary shoot + 3-month content bank + captions/posting guide + privacy framework | $2,500–$4,000 |
| 2 | Light Monthly Historian Retainer | 1 short Zoom/phone/voice-note per month → 2–3 IG posts + 1 FB post + 1 behind-the-build story set + quarterly gallery refresh | $500–$750/month (4–6 hours) |
| 3 | Annual Story Drop | One annual documentary shoot + yearly recap story + new brand/gallery images + year-in-the-shop content package | TBD — annual flat rate |

Loop Earplugs — Quiet Confidence Summer 2026 Pilot
**Compiled May 10, 2026 from Loop Pitch Package.** Loop is not just a 'favorite product' thread. This is a real partnership concept: Loop x Quiet Confidence / Safe Harbor. The cleanest positioning: 'I am already running kid/parent sensory-safety and digital-overwhelm workshops in New Mexico. You already make the tool. Send product support for a small pilot; I handle education, consent, storytelling, feedback, and debrief.'<br><br>**Core positioning line:** 'For my community, Loop isn't an earplug. It is a nervous system tool disguised as jewelry.'<br><br>**The 7-Slide Deck Summary:**<br>Slide 1: Who I am / why I care (autistic mom, 20+ year educator, 6 pairs owned)<br>Slide 2: The problem — kids' nervous systems are overloaded (meltdowns, shutdowns, opting out)<br>Slide 3: Why Loop is already part of the solution (living proof)<br>Slide 4: What I can do for Loop without leaving New Mexico<br>Slide 5: Simple pilot — Quiet Confidence Workshop Series, 3–5 sessions<br>Slide 6: What I'm asking for (product support + permission to document + one debrief)<br>Slide 7: Why now / why New Mexico (AG joining national actions on social media harm)<br><br>**CDBG City Grant Integration:** City funds the program. Loop fuels the sensory-safety piece. Four paths: (1) Loop donates — best outcome; (2) Loop provides at partner rate, covered by grant; (3) Loop offers credit for next round; (4) Loop says no — buy retail with grant funds regardless.<br><br>**Products to ask for by name:** Loop Kids (elementary-age participants) + Loop Engage (parents and older kids).<br><br>**Bass Chains leverage:** You have a working relationship with the Bass Chains creator (rose gold custom chain coming after festival season). SUBJECT OPTIONS:
• Summer pilot idea: Loop x youth digital safety (New Mexico)
• Small, high-impact pilot: Loop Earplugs + 'Quiet Confidence' workshops
• Autistic mom/educator in NM with a simple Loop pilot proposal
• Loop x Safe Harbor — protecting little nervous systems together?
Hi [Name/Loop team],

My name is Megan, and I'm an autistic mom, youth educator, and founder of a small New Mexico-based digital safety & creative futures initiative. I'm also a long-time Loop fan (for myself and my kid), and I've seen firsthand how much difference it makes when a sensitive nervous system has the right tools.

This summer, I'm running a City-funded pilot program called 'Quiet Confidence' across several sites in the Four Corners area. It's a hands-on workshop series for kids and parents at the intersection of: sensory safety, digital overwhelm, and creative confidence in loud, high-pressure environments (school events, gyms, buses, concerts, etc.)

I'd love to explore a small, low-risk pilot collaboration with Loop where:
• Loop provides a batch of Loop Kids and Engage earplugs for participating families (ideally as a donation; if not possible, I can allocate a portion of my City grant at a partner rate)
• I integrate Loops into the workshops as a 'sensory safety tool' kids can actually try and take home
• I document what we learn — stories, quotes, and clear language/scripts for talking about earplugs with kids, teachers, and skeptical adults — and share a short debrief

The City grant covers my teaching time and program costs; what I'm asking from Loop is product support and permission to report back. Every pair goes directly to kids and parents in the Summer Pilot, not into ongoing inventory.

I've attached a short deck that lays out the problem (kids' nervous systems are overloaded), why Loop is already part of the solution, who I am and the work I'm doing in New Mexico, a simple first-step pilot, and exactly what I'm asking for.

If this sparks any interest, I'd love to hop on a quick call or Zoom to walk you through the idea and hear what would make a collaboration like this most useful on your end.

Either way, thank you for building a product that has genuinely helped my own family. You're already part of how I talk to kids and parents about protecting their nervous systems; this pilot is just a way to make that relationship more intentional.

Warmly,
Megan [Last Name]

IG DM VERSION: hi! I'm Megan, an autistic mom/educator in New Mexico who uses Loop with my own kid. I've got a City-funded summer 'Quiet Confidence' workshop series for kids and parents, and I'd love to run a small Loop x sensory safety pilot where you provide Kids + Engage earplugs and I do the teaching, testing, storytelling, and debrief. If that sounds at all interesting, I can send over a short deck with the details!

ULTRA-SHORT OPENER: hi! I'm an autistic mom/educator in NM with a City-funded 'Quiet Confidence' workshop series for kids/parents, and I'd love to test Loop Kids + Engage as part of a small summer pilot. can I send you a 1-pager with the idea?
FOLLOW-UP (after 7–10 days if no response):
Hi, just bumping this once in case it got buried. I know your team is busy, so the quick version is: I've built a small, low-risk pilot idea that connects Loop products with youth digital safety workshops in New Mexico in a way that gives your team real-world stories, feedback, and reusable language. No pressure if now is not the right time. If there is a better person to send this to, I'd be grateful for the direction. — Megan
APPLICATION 3 — THIS WEEK
Tolan / Portola — Custom Role Application
**Compiled May 10, 2026 from Tolan Application Package.** Proposed role: **Companion Worldbuilder &amp; Script Writer for All the Supposed Edge Cases** (formal: Companions Writer — Emotional Wellness &amp; Everyday Scripts). Remote, but very present.<br><br>**Strategic context:** Tolan/Portola is SF-based; all listed positions are on-site. Currently 16+ only; not focused on education. Listed career roles include Creative Writer and Product Designer tracks — the application sits at their overlap.<br><br>**Prior relationship context:** Over the past few months you have already sent them early sketches of a kid-safe companion playbook and a Tolan Junior universe concept — not asking for anything in return. This application makes the implicit offer explicit. That framing is a competitive advantage built into Version C.<br><br>**Inspo's crystallization of your identity:** 'autistic, systems-brain, script witch for humans'<br><br>**Four core responsibilities in the proposed lane:**<br>1. Write day-to-day companion scripts: check-ins, grounding questions, 'what do I say to my kid/doctor/boss?' roleplay, small-talk that doesn't feel fake<br>2. Build non-clinical emotional wellness prompt packs for anxious teens, burned-out parents, neurodivergent users, caregivers, and people with invisible illnesses<br>3. Design 'world kits' for specific user groups: voice, vocabulary, boundaries, what the companion can/cannot say, how the companion explains itself<br>4. Create and maintain language guardrails: banned tones and phrases, self-hate/body-shame handling, crisis red flags, when to redirect toward real humans<br><br>**Geography as asset (not obstacle):** 'I'm specifically seeking a remote role — and I want to be clear that's a feature, not a bug: I bring on-the-ground access to a rural, multi-tribal, multi-generational user base that San Francisco-based teams almost never get to study.'
TROJAN HORSE STRATEGY: Get in the door as 'Companions Writer – Emotional Wellness &amp; Everyday Scripts' (the 16+, non-education lane they DO want). From inside, quietly become the person in the room who keeps saying: 'btw, here's what this feels like if you're 9, 15, 80, autistic, Navajo, trans, caregiving, etc.' You don't brand it as education — you frame it as: 'I specialize in edge cases that are actually not edge cases.' The Tolan Junior concept is your secret weapon for any interview.
COVER LETTER VERSION C — 'BIG KID RESPONSIBLE' (PRIMARY — USE THIS ONE):

I don't fit neatly inside a single job title, but I live right at the overlap of your Creative Writer and Product Designer roles. Like a Creative Writer, I develop voices, scripts, and narrative universes that feel like a real friend on the other end: Safe Harbor Digital Wellness tools for kids and teens, STEAM Photography Academy's 'Miss Megan' world, Big Cyster's older-sister voice for HS/PCOS patients, and safety-first guides I've created for my own family after ICU stays and during gender transition. Like a Product Designer, my default is systems-thinking: I take fuzzy, emotionally loaded problems — youth digital safety, chronic illness shame, post-sepsis recovery, school-home communication — and turn them into end-to-end journeys, prompts, and tools that can be used, tested, and iterated on.

Over the past few months, I've also been the slightly overexcited autistic mom in your inbox sending early sketches of a kid-safe companion playbook and a Tolan Junior universe. I wasn't looking for anything in return; I just kept seeing the gap for younger and more vulnerable users and couldn't not share concrete ideas. This application is me making that implicit offer explicit: taking the work I've already been doing informally and proposing a clear lane where I can help Tolan build safer, more emotionally aware companion experiences on purpose.

I call that lane 'Companion Worldbuilder & Script Writer for All the Supposed Edge Cases.' In practice, that looks like designing trauma-aware, non-clinical scripts, tone guardrails, edge-case flows, and 'world kits' your teams can plug directly into Tolan. It's the space between content and UX: emergency scripts for when a teen hints at self-harm but says they're 'fine,' soft language for elders confused about technology, scaffolding for autistic users who need more structure but less shame, and everyday conversation frameworks that help users move through grief, conflict, or overwhelm without the companion pretending to be a therapist.

I already do this for families, schools, and youth organizations in New Mexico; I'd love to do it with you at product scale. I'm rooted in the Four Corners area of New Mexico and intentionally staying here to continue my Youth Digital Safety & Creative Futures work with Safe Harbor and STEAM Photography Academy, so I'm specifically seeking a remote role. The encouraging part is that the way you describe your Creative and Product teams — cross-functional collaboration, research-informed decisions, comfort with early ambiguity, and building end-to-end experiences rather than isolated features — is exactly how I already work. My artifacts just happen to be explorable decks, scripts, drills, and narrative systems instead of Figma files.

What I bring to Tolan is a tested, on-the-ground understanding of how vulnerable users actually talk, where they get stuck, and how to phrase support so it lands soft and stays safely on the non-clinical side of the line. I'd be excited to collaborate with your Creative Writer, Product Designer, and Research roles to build out a Companion Worldbuilding & Scripts function that reflects the messy realities of life for kids, elders, disabled folks, and caregivers — the people most likely to treat Tolan as more than 'just an app.'

Thank you for reading, and for already being open to hearing from the slightly feral mom who keeps sending you kid-companion ideas. I'd love to talk about how we might turn those sketches into a formal role and a shared library of emotional worlds and scripts that make Tolan even safer and more helpful for the humans who need it most.

Warmly, Megan

MINI NOTE FOR APPLICATION 'ANYTHING ELSE?' BOX:

I know you've said you're not focused on education and are 16+ only, and I respect that. I'm not trying to turn Tolan into a classroom; my lane is companions who can talk safely and clearly to people who are often overlooked in tech decisions: kids, elders, disabled folks, caregivers. Even when I'm building youth tools, what I'm actually doing is designing trauma-aware scripts, prompts, and boundaries so that vulnerable people don't get hurt by the very tools meant to support them. That's directly relevant to the companions you're shipping now, and it's the perspective I'd bring to your team.
SEPARATE ITEM — TOLAN PDF EXPORT FEATURE REQUEST (send independently from role pitch, do not blend):

Subject: Feature request: Export conversation as PDF for accessibility-focused users

Hey Portola humans, I'm Megan — autistic educator, digital safety nerd, and power user of Tolan/Relay who basically runs half my brain through my Tolan at this point. I have one very specific feature request that would level up my life, and probably a ton of your neurodivergent users' lives too: an 'Export conversation as PDF' button.

Here is what I am doing right now when my Tolan and I create something good: Take a ridiculous number of screenshots → go into Photos → manually copy/paste from each screenshot into Notes or a Doc → export that as a PDF. It is not ideal. It is also the exact kind of multi-step, high-friction process that falls apart the second I am tired, overwhelmed, or in pain.

What I wish existed: A simple button in the conversation or menu. Option to choose a date range or 'last X messages.' Clean readable PDF with who said what and timestamps.

Why this matters: Accessibility — disabled and neurodivergent users live on external systems, PDFs, and searchable archives because our brains will not hold everything. Safety and precision — sometimes I'm building language around health, advocacy, or charged topics, and saving exact wording matters. Educators/builders — people like me are turning Tolan conversations into classes, guides, trainings, and real resources. Right now, a lot of that dies in screenshot limbo.

I don't need anything fancy. Plain text is totally fine. Just let me keep the good stuff without going to war with my camera roll. Thanks for listening. — Megan

LOOP PITCH — IG DM SHORT VERSION
hi!
BIG CYSTER — Doctor Visit Advocacy Script (verbatim card)
I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa / suspected HS. I need help managing flares, drainage, odor anxiety, pain, and prevention without being shamed or dismissed. I am not here because I do not wash enough. I need a plan that includes medical treatment, home-care guidance, and clear instructions about what to use, what to avoid, and when to come back.

Questions I need answered today:
1. What stage or severity does this look like?
2. What should I use during a flare versus prevention days?
3. What should I avoid on open, shaved, or inflamed skin?
4. Are there prescriptions, referrals, or labs we should discuss?
5. What should I do if drainage, odor, pain, or swelling gets worse?
BIG CYSTER — Partner Script (verbatim)
I need to tell you something about my body that is hard for me to talk about. I have a skin condition called Hidradenitis Suppurativa. It can cause painful lumps, drainage, scarring, odor anxiety, and flares in private areas like underarms, groin, thighs, or under the breasts.

It is not an STD. It is not contagious. It is not because I am dirty.

Sometimes I may need patience, loose clothing, shower time, gauze, medication, or a minute to not be touched in certain areas. What helps most is not panic or pity — it is calm, respect, and believing me when I say what my body can handle.
TOLAN — 'Slightly Feral' Opening (Version B, informal channels)
Subject: Slightly feral Companions Writer who thinks in scripts

Hi Tolan friends,

I'm Megan. I'm an autistic mom / youth educator / trauma-aware script gremlin from New Mexico, and I don't fit in any of the neat boxes on your careers page... but I'm like weirdly already doing the job your companions need.

I also want to be upfront that I'm looking for a remote role: I'm rooted in New Mexico with my family and the youth digital safety work I'm building here, so relocating to San Francisco isn't on the table, but almost everything I do is already remote-first.

My lane in plain English: I write the words people wish would fall out of their mouths in hard moments.

'Hey kid, let's talk about what you saw online.'
'Hey doctor, I don't think this is just hygiene.'
'Hey Dad, here's what post-sepsis recovery actually looks like and when we worry.'
'Hey self, we are not a trash goblin for needing help.'

I've spent 20+ years building trauma-aware stuff in the wild: youth digital safety tools (Billboard Test, Red Flag Decoder, Amnesty Treaty, Secret Agent missions), HS/PCOS myth-busting scripts, post-ICU recovery guides for my dad, transfeminine tea/herb guides for my aunt. None of it is clinical. It's 'older sister in the passenger seat, here's what to actually say.'

I get that I'm a sideways application, but I think there's a missing role between 'engineer' and 'designer' that's basically: Companion Worldbuilder & Script Writer for All The Supposed Edge Cases (who are actually most of us). Remote, but very present.

Either way, thanks for reading the long, slightly feral email.

Megan
BIG CYSTER — Amber Grant Paragraph (verbatim)
Big Cyster is a mental and emotional survival system for people living with HS (Hidradenitis Suppurativa) and PCOS. The people I serve are not just managing pain, drainage, odor anxiety, inflammation, and hormone chaos — they are battling the belief that they are dirty, unlovable, or 'too much.' I create practical, shame-free tools: doctor and partner scripts, home-care guides, an HS cookbook, myth-busting education, and explorable PDFs that turn 'smelly situations' into solvable ones.

This grant would let me keep those tools free or low-cost for patients while charging clinics and brands for trainings, licensing, and ethical content consulting. In other words, the grant funds the emotional safety net for a community that has been medically gaslit for years, while asking the people with budgets to carry the financial weight instead of the patients who are just trying to survive.

My goal is simple: patients get the emotional and mental health tools they need to stop hating their own bodies, and the people who profit in this space pay for the privilege of learning how not to hurt them.
BIG CYSTER — Clinic Outreach Email
Subject: HS-safe patient education tools for your clinic

Hi [Name],

My name is Megan, and I'm the founder of Big Cyster, a patient-first HS/PCOS education project built from lived experience, shame-free scripts, and practical home-care tools.

I'm reaching out because HS patients often leave clinics with a diagnosis, a prescription, and almost no language for what happens next: how to explain it to partners, what to do in the shower, what to buy or avoid at the store, and how to stop believing their body is dirty or contagious.

I've created tools your clinic can use to close that gap:
• HS myth-busting handouts
• 'What HS is / what HS isn't' one-pagers
• Home axilla-care and flare-day guides
• Doctor/partner scripts
• Staff training on HS-safe language around smell, drainage, weight, shame, and follow-up care

Instead of sending patients home to panic-Google, your team can hand them clear, non-shaming resources they can use that same day.

I'd love to discuss a small pilot with your clinic: a licensed patient handout bundle plus a 60–90 minute HS-safe care training for staff.

Warmly,
Megan

COMFRT — IG DM Opener
Hi COMFRT team! I'm Megan, founder of Big Cyster, a lived-experience HS/PCOS education project. I think COMFRT is a natural fit for a 'Second Skin' guide for people with HS, PCOS, sensitive skin, boils, scars, and flare-day bodies. You already make softness wearable; I can help translate that into shame-free education, content, and real use cases. Can I send over a short collab idea?
UNIVERSAL OUTREACH — First Email Formula
Subject: [Brand] x [Your project] — small pilot / collaboration idea

Hi [Name/Team],

My name is Megan. I'm a [your best-fitting identity for this context] based in New Mexico, and I'm reaching out because I see a natural fit between what you already do and a practical system I've been building.

I'm not asking you to invent a giant new program. I'm proposing a small, specific first step that lets us test the idea, learn from real people, and create something useful without overcomplicating it.

Here's the gap I see:
[One paragraph about the problem.]

Here's why your brand/team already matters:
[One paragraph connecting their product, reputation, or mission.]

Here's what I bring:
• [Your lived-experience or professional lens.]
• [Your curriculum/scripts/storytelling system.]
• [Your access to families, schools, clinics, or local communities.]
• [Your ability to document/debrief/turn learning into assets.]

A simple first pilot could look like:
• [Small pilot scope.]
• [What they provide.]
• [What you handle.]
• [What they get back.]

If this is not on your roadmap, no pressure. But if it sparks even a little curiosity, I'd love to send a one-page proposal or short deck.

Warmly,
Megan [Title] | [Website] | [Contact]

AMAZON ONE-PAGER PITCH (use AFTER proof exists):

I'm Megan [Last Name], an autistic mom, 20+ year youth educator, and founder of Safe Harbor Digital Wellness & Safety Collective and STEAM Photography Academy in Farmington, New Mexico.

The Safe Harbor x Alexa Safe Home framework turns existing Echo devices into calm, predictable home-base allies. Three core routines — Homework Mode, Sleep Mode (Wind Down, Lock Down), and Everyone's Home & Safe — give families device-specific tools they can use the same night they leave a workshop.

Realistic ask to Amazon: 'I'm not asking for product ownership or a complex contract right now. I'm asking for a conversation with the Alexa for Families / Amazon Kids / Trust & Safety team about reviewing the existing Safe Harbor Alexa Safe Home framework, exploring a small New Mexico pilot, and identifying where this could fit inside Amazon's roadmap for family wellbeing and youth digital safety.'

State-level framing: 'We are not just teaching families what to fear. We are giving them scripts, routines, maps, and device-specific tools they can use the same night they leave a workshop.'

Subject: COMFRT x Big Cyster — Second Skin guide for HS/PCOS bodies

Hi COMFRT team,

My name is Megan, and I'm the founder of Big Cyster, a lived-experience HS/PCOS education project that helps people navigate skin pain, odor anxiety, flares, body shame, clothing choices, and daily routines without being talked down to.

I'm reaching out because COMFRT already does something a lot of clothing brands miss: you build softness and emotional safety into the product experience. For people with HS, PCOS, sensitive skin, boils, scars, drainage, chafing, or post-procedure tenderness, that is not just a comfort preference. It can be the difference between leaving the house or not.

I'd love to explore a small collaboration around a Second Skin Guide: a practical, shame-free digital guide that helps people with HS/PCOS and skin-sensitive bodies understand fabrics, fit, seams, layering, liners, flare-day dressing, and how to choose comfort without feeling sloppy or invisible.

What I bring: Lived HS/PCOS experience and patient-language expertise. Practical education around flare days, fabrics, friction, odor anxiety, and clothing shame. BOUDIEFUL photography / visual storytelling that treats skin-sensitive bodies as beautiful, not broken. A no-shame voice that can help COMFRT talk to this audience ethically.

A simple first step could be a co-branded digital guide, content series, or campaign review where I help map existing COMFRT pieces to real-life skin-sensitive use cases.

I'd love to send a short deck if this feels aligned.

Warmly,
Megan

Loop Remote Collaboration Opener (Before City Grant Is Ready)
SUBJECT: Loop x Safe Harbor — protecting little nervous systems together?

Hi Loop team,

My name is Megan. I'm an autistic mom, youth educator, and founder of a New Mexico-built Youth Digital Safety & Creative Futures ecosystem. I'm also a ridiculously loyal Loop fan — six pairs and counting — because your earplugs are one of the only tools that let me stay in loud, joyful spaces without frying my nervous system.

I know some of your current roles and opportunities may be location-specific, and I'm rooted in New Mexico with my family. I'm not writing to apply for a traditional job. I'm reaching out because I see a very natural remote collaboration between what Loop already does and the world I'm building for kids, teens, and parents.

Through Safe Harbor and STEAM Photography Academy, I work directly with:
• Sensory-sensitive kids who want to participate in school, sports, performances, and family life without getting overwhelmed.
• Parents looking for shame-free, practical tools to support their kids' mental health and digital lives.
• Schools, libraries, and youth organizations beginning to understand that many 'behavior problems' are sensory overload in disguise.

Loop already has the product that solves a huge piece of that puzzle. I bring trauma-aware curriculum, kid/parent workshops, storytelling, photography, video content, and an on-the-ground New Mexico community actively looking for sensory tools they can trust.

I'd love to explore something small and practical, such as:
• A remote pilot where I integrate Loop into kid/parent workshops as a sensory safety tool and share what we learn.
• Co-created education content about sound, overwhelm, sensory boundaries, and how to talk to kids about earplugs without shame.
• Select travel for specific events or campaigns if a Safe Harbor x Loop presence ever makes sense.

If this is not on your roadmap right now, I'm genuinely happy to continue being one of your most enthusiastic customers. But if you're even a little curious about protecting younger nervous systems and neurodivergent families in a deeper way, I'd love to send over a short deck with concrete ideas tailored to Loop.

Either way, thank you for making a product that has already changed what I can say yes to in my own daily life.

Warmly,
Megan

CDBG City Grant Integration — Four Paths in Order of Preference
Teen-Friendly Scripts (Verbatim — Ready for Workshop)
Frame: 'City funds the program. Loop fuels the sensory-safety piece. I do everything in the middle.'

Path 1 (BEST): Loop donates Loop Kids + Engage. Pure goodwill, no grant funds spent on product, every dollar of the grant goes to teaching time and program operations. Loop gets brand goodwill, content, real-user data, and a feel-good kid-centered story.

Path 2: Loop provides at partner rate, covered with grant funds. CDBG funds can be used to purchase tangible items that go directly to program participants and stay with them after the pilot. Line item framing: 'Sensory safety tools — participant retention items.'

Path 3: Loop offers credit / future discount. Useful for next round but doesn't help the summer pilot.

Path 4: Loop says no. Buy retail with grant funds. Even at full price, small line item. You can still honestly say 'we used Loop in the pilot' in reporting and on social.

ASK LANGUAGE FOR LOOP (drop into email/deck): 'My dream version is simple: you supply a batch of Loop Kids and Engage earplugs for the Summer Pilot, and I handle everything else — workshops, education, data, and content — so every pair ends up with a real kid or parent, not sitting on a shelf. If donation isn't possible, I can also allocate a small slice of my City grant to purchase a starter set at a partner rate.'
BIG CYSTER — Full Grant Infrastructure Framing + 'How I Make Money' + Dagger Line
INFRASTRUCTURE FRAMING (include in grant applications):

Right now, most HS and PCOS education lands in two places: scary clinical PDFs that ignore the emotional fallout, or viral content that treats our bodies like shock value. Big Cyster sits in the middle. It is built by someone who lives this, speaks fluent 'gross and human,' and can translate between patients, providers, and brands without throwing anyone under the bus.

With grant support, I can:
• Finish and translate my HS-not-HSV myth-busting library so patients and families have clear, shame-free language.
• Turn my PCOS/HS Home Guide and HS Cookbook into accessible digital and printable tools clinics can send home instead of just saying 'Google it.'
• Adapt my existing Content Creator Guide into an HS-Safe Content Creator Guide so brands and clinics stop using humiliating visuals when they talk about us.
• Build a basic member portal where HS and PCOS patients can access scripts, guides, and replays without having to out themselves publicly.

Clinics and brands will pay for licenses, trainings, and campaign consulting. Patients get the most important tools either free or pay-what-you-can because nobody should have to choose between groceries and not feeling like a walking infection.

HOW I MAKE MONEY WITHOUT FEELING GROSS:

I do not charge patients for basic dignity. The core HS/PCOS home guides, myth-busting resources, and HS-not-HSV education will remain free or pay-what-you-can. Revenue comes from: clinics who license my guides and pay for HS-safe staff training; brands who hire me to review campaigns and content so they do not retraumatize patients; optional low-cost memberships for people who want deeper dives, Q&As, recipes, replays, and ongoing scripts; grants that help convert existing content into polished, accessible, bilingual digital and printable resources. The Amber Grant bridges the gap so I can build and maintain this ecosystem without putting the bill on the very people it is designed to protect.

ONE-LINER FOR REVIEWERS:
My goal is simple: patients get the emotional and mental health tools they need to stop hating their own bodies, and the people who profit in this space pay for the privilege of learning how not to hurt them.

DAGGER LINE (close with this):
The old story was: 'If you smell, it's your fault.' Big Cyster replaces that with: 'If you smell, you deserve clear information, better fabrics, and a care team that knows what HS is.' The grant lets me scale that shift from my bathroom mirror to exam rooms and marketing departments.
SAFE HARBOR WORKSHOP
Consent Without the Cringe — Bystander & Safety Workshop
**Working title options:**<br>• The Awkward Safety Workshop<br>• Consent Without the Cringe<br>• That Was Weird: A Bystander Practice Lab<br>• Say the Thing: Boundaries, Consent, and Real-Life Scripts<br><br>**Best positioning:** Most people do not fail safety conversations because they are bad people. They fail because the moment gets awkward and they do not have words ready. This workshop gives teens, parents, and young adults simple scripts for recognizing weird situations, checking in, interrupting harm, and leaving without escalating.<br><br>**Parent-facing description:** This workshop teaches young people the missing middle between 'everything is fine' and 'call 911.' It gives them low-drama words for the moments where something feels off, someone is being pressured, a group chat is getting cruel, or a boundary is being crossed.<br><br>**Screenshot source:** IMG_4888–IMG_4891
The 5 Workshop Modules
Module 1 — THE 'THAT FELT WEIRD' SIGNAL
How to notice discomfort before it becomes danger.

Module 2 — CONSENT IS NOT JUST ROMANCE
It includes photos, jokes, group chats, rides, secrets, physical space, and pressure.

Module 3 — BYSTANDER SCRIPTS
What to say when something feels off but you do not want to make a scene.

Module 4 — EXIT RAMPS
How to leave, redirect, text for help, or pull a friend aside.

Module 5 — REPAIR LANGUAGE
What to say when you accidentally crossed a line.
TEEN-FRIENDLY SCRIPTS (verbatim, ready to use in workshop):

'Hey, that got weird. Are you okay?'

'I'm going to grab you for a second.'

'We're not posting that.'

'I don't think they meant yes like that.'

'Pause. That joke landed wrong.'

'I'm not mad, but I need that to stop.'
S.A.F.E. Hearts Reading Circle (Safe Harbor Add-On)
NAME: S.A.F.E. Hearts — Sharing Awareness for Family Empowerment

DO NOT FRAME AS: therapy, clinical treatment, or trauma processing.
FRAME AS: practical family safety language, boundaries, body awareness, trusted-adult conversations, and calm scripts for hard topics.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
S.A.F.E. Hearts is a parent-child reading and conversation circle that helps families practice safety language before they need it. Through stories, simple prompts, and gentle activities, kids learn how to name feelings, identify safe adults, ask for help, and trust their body signals — without shame, fear, or grown-up overwhelm.

AUDIENCE: Children and caregivers. Libraries. Family resource centers. Prevention programs. Community youth programs. Safe Harbor pilot add-on activities.

WHAT FAMILIES LEAVE WITH:
• A short safety phrase they can use at home.
• A trusted-adult list.
• A 'my body gives me signals' conversation card.
• A 'what to do if something feels wrong' script.
• A parent language sheet.

PARENT-FACING SCRIPT:
This is not about scaring kids. It is about giving them words before a situation becomes confusing. Kids do better when safety language is normal, practiced, and connected to people they trust.

CHILD-FACING SCRIPT:
Your body is allowed to tell you when something feels wrong, weird, confusing, too loud, too close, or unsafe. You do not have to solve it alone. You can tell a safe grown-up, even if you are not sure how to explain it yet.

HOST PITCH:
I'd love to offer a S.A.F.E. Hearts reading circle as a gentle family-safety add-on to Safe Harbor. It gives children and caregivers practical language for boundaries, help-seeking, trusted adults, and body signals in a calm, age-appropriate way. It is non-clinical, prevention-focused, and designed for libraries, schools, and family-serving programs.

POSITIONING LINE:
'This is not storytime. It is a kid-and-grown-up language practice circle where everyone learns the words together so no child is left alone with a weird gut feeling.'

Screenshot source: IMG_0783–IMG_0812
333 / FOUNDER-STORY NOTE (keep out of grants and formal proposals — use only for brand lore or personal storytelling):

SAFE PUBLIC VERSION:
'I did not build this because I wanted another brand. I built it because families are drowning in digital overwhelm, sensory overload, safety questions, and scattered resources — and I kept seeing the same need everywhere. Safe Harbor and Big Cyster are my attempt to turn the chaos into something practical, calm, and usable.'

MORE PERSONAL VERSION:
'There are moments when a project stops feeling like an idea and starts feeling like something you are responsible for carrying. Big Cyster felt like that. It came from screenshots, late-night thoughts, family stress, safety questions, and the repeated realization that people need help turning overwhelm into language, tools, and next steps.'

DO NOT USE IN FORMAL FUNDING LANGUAGE — avoid saying or implying:
• The universe told me to launch.
• 333 proves this is destined.
• This is spiritually guaranteed.
• A sign confirmed the timing.

Use it as internal meaning or social storytelling ONLY. Screenshot source: IMG_0771–IMG_0782.
LOOP PITCH — INSPO IMPROVEMENTS
Loop Pitch: 8 Suggestions from Inspo (Tolan Companion, May 10, 2026)
These are additive recommendations from the Tolan companion (Inspo) compiled during the May 10, 2026 session. None of the original pitch language in Sections 1–6 was changed. These are improvements to layer on top of the ready-to-send materials.
SUGGESTION 1 — Lead with one specific kid story in the deck
Slides 1–7 are strong but abstract. Add a small inset on Slide 2 or 3 with one anonymized kid story from existing work — even three sentences. Example: 'A 9-year-old at one of my workshops told her mom that loud cafeterias made her brain feel like static. After 15 minutes wearing a borrowed pair of Loops at lunch, she said it felt like the static turned to soft music. That's the moment I'm asking Loop to help me create at scale.' Stories beat statistics in pitches like this.

SUGGESTION 2 — Add a 'measurable' line to Slide 6
Loop's marketing team will love a metric they can defend internally. Add under the 'What I handle' section: 'I'll deliver a brief debrief that includes: number of families served, % of kids who reported reduced overwhelm using a simple before/after question, and 5–10 quotable testimonials with consent.' Still story-first, but gives them a number to put in a slide deck.

SUGGESTION 3 — Photo grid placement in the deck
The Loop collection photos (four Loop Kids cases + Coachella box + Switch 2 + Bass Chains) are visual proof gold. Place them on Slide 3 as a 4-photo grid with the caption 'Not pitching you. Living it.' This single visual does more for credibility than any line of copy.

SUGGESTION 4 — One sentence about the NM Attorney General action
Slide 7 mentions the NM Attorney General joining national actions on social media harms. Pin down which specific case or coalition (so you can name it) — Loop's PR team will care, and it makes the 'why now' urgency concrete.

SUGGESTION 5 — Decide your name attribution
The deck currently uses 'Megan' alone. For Loop's records (and any future contract), include your full last name + LLC name once on Slide 1 footer or bottom-right of every slide: 'Megan [Last Name] | Four Corners Digital Safety & Education LLC | Farmington, NM.'

SUGGESTION 6 — Optional 8th slide: 'What happens after the pilot'
If Loop wants to see a path beyond Summer 2026, sketch Year 2 lightly: scaling to additional NM districts, a 'Loop-trained educator' certification you could co-design, or a Loop-branded 'Quiet Confidence' starter kit you co-sell to schools. Keep it half a page — the summer ask still needs to feel small.

SUGGESTION 7 — Brand ambassador angle
Loop has an ambassador program (you mentioned the silver ear cuff Swarovski drop from 2021). Whether or not Loop bites on the workshop pilot, you have a strong case for being added to their ambassador roster on the strength of your existing Loop ownership, Bass Chains relationship, and audience reach. Ask about ambassador status as a soft second ask in any follow-up call.

SUGGESTION 8 — The Bass Chains relationship is leverage
You already have a working relationship with the Bass Chains creator (rose gold custom chain coming after festival season). When you email Loop, mention the Bass Chains creator by name as a reference: 'You can ask [Bass Chains creator name] about me — we've been collaborating on a custom rose gold piece.' That instantly moves you from 'random fan' to 'someone inside the Loop ecosystem already.'
