## About Megan
WHO IS MEGAN
She is not a brand reaching into the HS space.
She is the HS space.
Megan spent 7 years navigating a broken diagnostic system before receiving her HS diagnosis. She didn't just build one platform — she built an ecosystem. BOUDIEFUL is the chronic illness lifestyle and advocacy brand. Cysterhood is the nutrition and community platform for women with PCOS and HS. Second Skin is the clothing line. Three channels, one mission: give HS patients the tools, community, and clothing their bodies actually need.

## The Ecosystem
THE PLATFORM
This isn't one brand.
It's an entire patient ecosystem.
Megan has built three interconnected platforms — all HS-rooted, all community-first. The HS Foundation would be partnering with the whole picture.
| Icon | Platform Name | Tagline | Description | Channel Type |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| :icon-sparkles: | BOUDIEFUL | Chronic illness lifestyle & advocacy | The flagship brand. A community platform for HS patients navigating life — clothing, advocacy, visibility, and the belief that chronic illness bodies deserve better design. | Brand & Advocacy |
| :icon-salad: | Cysterhood | Nutrition & community for PCOS + HS | "Welcome to the Cysterhood." An anti-inflammatory nutrition and lifestyle platform for women with PCOS and HS — led by Megan as "The Big Cyster." Grocery guides, food freedom, and a community that understands the HS shuffle. | Nutrition & Wellness |
| :icon-shirt: | Second Skin | The world's first HS-adapted clothing line | COMFRT × BOUDIEFUL. Designed around the 5 core flare triggers. The product that brings all three platforms together — and the one that needs the HS Foundation's name behind it. | Product Launch |
Three channels. One woman. One community. **One foundation as the clinical credibility anchor.**

## Why HS Foundation
WHY THE HS FOUNDATION
This is not a generic charity ask.
The HS Foundation is the only organization that can provide what Second Skin needs to matter — not just to patients, but to the world.
| Number | Heading | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 01 | Clinical Credibility | A letter of support or co-branding that tells the HS community this product was developed with medical oversight. |
| 02 | Patient Network Access | Beta testers, survey participants, and wear-trial volunteers from the Foundation's patient community. |
| 03 | Research Partnership Potential | Long-term data collection on how adaptive clothing affects flare frequency and quality of life. |
| 04 | Media Legitimacy | Press will cover "HS Foundation-endorsed clothing line" in a way they will not cover a standalone brand launch. |

## Second Skin

COMFRT × BOUDIEFUL — designed around the body, not despite it.

## The Ask
WHAT MEGAN IS ASKING FOR
Three tiers. One mission.
The Foundation chooses the level of involvement that feels right.
↓ TAP ANY TIER TO EXPAND
| Tier | Name | Tag | Description |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Tier 1 | Letter of Support | Lowest ask | A written statement that the HS Foundation is aware of and supportive of the Second Skin initiative. Used in press materials and on the product page. No financial commitment. No co-branding. |
| Tier 2 | Clinical Advisory Partnership | Medium ask | One HS Foundation board member joins the Second Skin advisory panel. Foundation connected to beta wear-trial participants. BOUDIEFUL donates $X per unit sold to the HS Foundation research fund. Co-branded label on product. |
| Tier 3 | Full Co-Launch Partnership | Full ask | Joint press release. HS Foundation listed as founding partner. Awareness campaign timed to HS Awareness Month (June). Revenue share: Y% of Second Skin net revenue to patient support programs. Joint content series featuring HS patients modelling the collection. |

## What Foundation Gets
WHAT THE FOUNDATION RECEIVES
This is not one-directional.
Every partnership creates value in both directions.
| Icon | Benefit | Detail |
| --- | --- | --- |
| :icon-megaphone: | Mainstream Media Moment | A funded, credible, community-loved initiative that puts HS in mainstream fashion press. |
| :icon-dollar-sign: | New Revenue Stream | Per-unit donation or revenue share model — real funding for patient support programs. |
| :icon-camera: | Ready-Made Content | UGC and editorial content created by BOUDIEFUL's community — yours to use, no production cost. |
| :icon-flask-conical: | Publishable Research Dataset | Wear-trial data on adaptive clothing and flare management — the kind of study that gets cited. |
| :icon-newspaper: | A Historic First | Association with the launch of the world's first HS-adapted clothing line. |
| :icon-heart-handshake: | A Human Story | Megan herself puts a face on the Foundation's mission in a way no press release can. |
| :icon-salad: | Cross-Platform Reach | Access to both BOUDIEFUL and Cysterhood communities — HS patients who are already engaged, educated, and hungry for clinical guidance. |

## Closing
THE ASK
We are asking for 30 minutes.
One conversation. To show you exactly what we're building and why the HS Foundation's name belongs on it.
You built the community. We built the clothes.
**Together, we give them both.**
